DELIVERY
All items will be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving payment. All items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery. If special delivery is required, please get in touch and I will see if I can assist you.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided. All incorrect addresses will result in your item being returned, and you, the customer, will be liable to pay for re-postage.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Shipping to non UK countries will be sent via UK Mail overseas parcel services. Please note that shipments to non UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. Caitlin Parks has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility. Please check before you order.
RETURNS
I check all prints before sending out to make sure they are in excellent condition. If something happens in transit, please get in touch and I will do my best to resolve the problem. If you are not satisfied with your print, I am happy to offer a full refund or exchange. I cannot offer a refund for any delivery charges
If a refund or exchange is required then please email [email protected] to start the process. Please state your order number and postal address in the email as well as your reason for needing to return the item.
Goods must be returned in their original, sellable condition in order to issue a refund or exchange.
You must return the items in their original condition within 14 working days of delivery. We will issue a refund to you within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Postage must be paid by you, the customer, on all returned goods. Please obtain proof of postage as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit - I suggest posting items tracked and signed to be safe.
